In GENERATION NOVA you, the player, manage and grow a small population of PASSENGERS living inside a huge space ship. The interstellar voyage through centuries was supposed to be an easy one. Passengers were supposed to be in cryo-sleep, but a malfunction killed some of them and the rest woke up. They have their tools, clothing, some food, building materials and each other.
But for how long? Construct buildings and workshops inside the ship. Gather materials from the passing asteroids. Manage the happiness and psyche of the passengers to deter them from doing something irreversible. Let them have their feasts and breaks if the time is right. But for the colony to survive you will have to make harsh decisions. Can the food last with this many children on the ship? Should we reuse the corpses as usable materials? Are the elders doing enough for the whole community? |
